Durex
This brief was a D&AD brief that I had selected from a range of choices. I chose this because it covered the topic of disability which was something I personally related to. Having a disability myself, I felt at an advantage as I could tailor my research to the difficulties which I could relate to.
I wanted this campaign to be vibrant and playful to make the discussion of sex and disability less daunting and more normalised. The blog is fully functioning with six blog posts that discuss some of the issues and address stigmas associated with sex and disability. These posts were written in collaboration with an english lit student.

I designed my own typeface for this brief as it was something that I had always been interest in, but had never had the right opportunity. The typeface seems ‘out of the ordinary’, which I thought does well to represent the people that this brief is tailored for. There were three main areas in which I wanted to discuss through this brief, the first being sexuality and disability, the second being the portrayal of disabled body in the media, and lastly the lack of sex education given to young people with disabilities.
